🧮 Inventory

Inventory

The inventory list is the primary location for information on available stock and stock levels. On this page you can add, edit and export items in the inventory.

📊 Send / Receive & History

Send and receive is the core of swift, it is the essential order management system.

📤Send

Send allows for orders to be created that informs the MTM warehouse that stock needs to be pack for deliver out to customers.

📥Receive

Receive allows for orders to be created to inform the MTM warehouses that stock is being delivered to one of the warehouses.

📜History

The history tab shows all orders that have been archived within the selected date range.

🗳 Commit and fulfilling

Commit and fulfill

Committing and fulfilling is the verification process used to update your inventory and inform the MTM warehouse of the incoming or outgoing orders.

Contacts is where information on all customers, suppliers and locations is stored and easily accessible.

The main warehouse page, introduces the key concepts of warehouse management and the systems used to organize stock.

Inbound is for orders entering the warehouse and involves allocating incoming stock into bins.

Outbound is for orders leaving the warehouse, the stock for the order is selected from an appropriate bin.

🛒 Stock

Stock

The stock page lists all items currently in the warehouse and each item has it's bin number and location.

🚚 Machship

Machship The Machship page details making consignments which are used to create the shipping labels

Manifesting The Manifesting page explains the process of manifesting consignments in machship and how to set pickup dates.

Returns Returns explains how to create a return label so that products can be shipped back to the warehouse.

Couriers This page is a quick overview of courier shipping specification such as maximum weight and dimensions.
